Welcome to makemini.store. By accessing or using our online store builder platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Merchant Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal business authority in your jurisdiction to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your store account.

2. Permitted Commercial Activities

You may use makemini.store to sell lawful consumer goods and services (e.g. apparel, home decor, cosmetics, food items). You agree not to sell prohibited items under Indian law, including illicit substances, counterfeit goods, or weapons.

3. Fees & Billing

makemini.store charges a subscription fee based on your chosen plan tier (Solo, Hustler, Empire). We charge 0% transaction fees on your customer orders. Standard gateway fees from Razorpay or Cashfree apply separately.

4. Uptime & Service Level

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for hosted storefronts and checkout. Automated cloud backups and SSL management are included.

5. Termination & Cancellation

You may cancel your store subscription at any time directly from Settings → Plan and billing. Upon cancellation, your data remains accessible for export before account closure.
