When you register as a merchant, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and business details (store name, address, GSTIN). When your customers place orders on your storefront, our platform processes their contact details, delivery address, phone number, and order items for fulfillment.

2. Payment and Banking Data

Payment transactions are processed directly by certified payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Cashfree). makemini.store does not store full credit card numbers or banking passwords.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To operate and maintain your online storefront and admin dashboard.
• To send transactional receipts, GST invoices, and delivery tracking updates via WhatsApp or email.
• To prevent fraudulent COD orders through optional phone OTP verification.
• To provide technical support and security monitoring.

4. Data Ownership & Export

You own 100% of your store data, customer list, and order history. You can export your product catalogs and customer information at any time in standard CSV or Excel formats. We will never sell your data or your customers' data to third-party ad networks.
